Who We Are
Bruce M. Foucart
Founder and president Bruce M. Foucart is an intellectual property rights enforcement professional with 31 years of U.S. federal law enforcement experience. He has worked in U.S Customs Service and Homeland Security Investigations (DHS-ICE) for the duration of his government career, and was the Director of the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination in Arlington, VA prior to the creation of Foucart & Associates. He is currently a law enforcement fellow at Michigan State University’s Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection (ACAPP) and regularly provides anti-money laundering (AML) and trade based money laundering (TBML) training to international law enforcement.

Abigail Foucart
Abigail Foucart has worked as the editor for Foucart & Associates since its inception. She is an Elon University graduate with a B.A. in Professional Writing & Rhetoric. After college she spent two years as a Development Associate in the Office of Advancement at Northeastern University, and currently works in administration for the Chapel Hill Fire Department in North Carolina.
